About Us

The Hartridge Homeowners Association (HOA) was formed under the auspices of the state of Wisconsin, which allows it to manage the common lands and pathways, and set fees as appropriate. In order to keep our fees low and give ourselves more control of the rate and dispensation of our dues, we need a strong and active HOA.

The HOA is responsible for snow removal and grass cutting along the pathways connecting the parks (though not for the parks themselves). It is also responsible for managing those pieces of undeveloped but not improved land that exist throughout our huge subdivision.

Hartridge contains approximately 722 residences. It is home to 3 parks, miles of hiking/jogging trails and about 1/3 of the population of Hartland.
The dues are currently $30 per year for each homestead, rental unit and condo unit. The dues collected are used for the maintenance of the pathways for grass cutting, pruning, etc. through the summer, plowing of snow through the winter, blacktop sealing and repair, insurance and office expenses such as telephone, stamps, copies, envelopes and the printing and mailings of annual dues.
