Please note, as per the bylaws (section 7, page 9), all homeowners must have their outside light on from sunset to sunrise.
After it was brought to our attention of the need to have more lighting in the subdivision after dark, we looked into the cost of installing street lights, as the Village of Hartland will not cover the cost. Since the HOA budget does not allow for such a costly expense, it would have to be funded by the property owners of the subdivision through a one time assessment charge. To alleviate any additional expenses for anyone, we have decided to start enforcing the above mentioned bylaw. Please make sure your outside light is in proper working order and turned on during the appropriate times. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter!
